All physical products are shipped from China.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 days after they are placed. Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Estimated Delivery Time to the United States

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping to the United States typically takes approximately 5 days.

Including order processing, most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive approximately 5–7 days after purchase.

These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. U.S. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend on the products in your order.

• Eligible Pet Jewelry and Crystal products: Free standard shipping to the United States.
• Other eligible physical products: Standard shipping costs $6.99. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $49 or more.

If your cart contains products from different shipping profiles, the available shipping methods and final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

4. International Shipping

Shipping availability, delivery services, and rates for destinations outside the United States are displayed at checkout.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected shipping service, and customs processing.

5. Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable sewing patterns and PDF templates, do not require physical shipping. Shipping rates and delivery estimates in this policy apply to physical products only.
