Returns
For eligible physical products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or customized products
- Digital downloads and PDF patterns
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or production.
